Josh Team and Gary Keller Explains Copying Portals to Control All the Chaos

Keller William recently launched a new application that meets all the consumers’ and sellers’ requirements and deferred everything they do not need.

A company conference was held on Saturday afternoon. Keller William, the Josh Team president, claimed that the famous real estate company gained popularity and success just because they have built a successful application.

In this conference in Dallas, Texas, the team discussed all the initiatives and reported the recent earnings made a year after the application was launched. This year, the main focus on the team was the recent consumer-facing app launched by Keller Williams that was previously previewed and launched a month before by Inman.

Moreover, during the presentation, the team’s main focus was presenting the image of the real estate website along with a portal. The website was featured with several listings. They built a portal by having a prominent search box and not containing any other thing on the website’s homepage.

Websites, such as Trulia and Zillow, failed to meet the people’s requirements, which is why consumers were seen closing the window every time they searched for that website on the internet.

The visual presentation of search results looked like a database, and the portal was more like a photo gallery. These two features of the websites determined the success of the portals. These features were why the consumers had a successful experience with the portals because portals had everything they required.

The co-owner and co-founder of the company, Gary Keller, appeared on the stage with his team and discussed that the traditional real estate websites could meet the people’s requirements because the agents considered self-promotion as the most significant thing while searching on the internet. However, success was met just because the company somehow managed to meet the requirements of the consumers.

The application is supposed to be launched by February 19.

Josh Team continues to understand that, because the website was made while meeting all the consumers’ requirements, the engagement between consumers and websites was seen incredibly increasing up to 10 times.

Moreover, the team claimed complete chaos when you add agent world and consumer world together. The chaos was evident directly on a platform that is also known as Commands.

Consumer app had the same software as that of the Command. Further, it was explained that these two things are more like two different screens that operate on a single platform.

In short, when clients and agents used the app and Command, together they can see what the clients can do on the app.

Moreover, the team also highlighted the other successes that Keller Williams has made using the technology’s best. Keller recently generated leads for almost $1.94 that is relatively less than $15 or $12 that agents made while ending up payments using customer relationship managers and paid $50 via the portal. Additional features in Command helped improve the productivity of the app. The company achieved the goals by making an end-to-end platform responsible for organizing and giving the best experience to consumers and real estate professionals.
